RISE Implementation Options
RISE is not rigid. It allows for continuous improvement and learning in how to reduce elder abuse and its risk factors.
RISE Advocates (in community-based organizations) can take referrals from other entities (like APS or victim services).
RISE can be embedded inside APS, affordable senior housing, or health systems.
RISE can be a freestanding community program taking call-line referrals from family, friends, providers, and older adults.
